AI Engineer / R&D intern, Year 2 CS student at SIM-University of Wollongong

I'm responsible for the AI side at Simplism.io, building and optimizing the chatbot pipeline. I benchmark, train and self-host models. I also built an in-house observability tool to monitor performance and evaluate response quality.

My biggest win so far is reducing chatbot response latency from 26.34 seconds to 8.4 seconds!
